We produce quality preserves using, where possible, our own produce from our farm and garden. Our quality preserves are handmade. The jams, jellies and marmalades are cooked in small batches. The chutneys are cooked slowly allowing the full flavours of the spices to infuse and develop. All are nut and gluten free. |

All our animals are reared on our farm in the heart of the beautiful Culm Valley. They are fed naturally and we do not use hormones, growth promoters or additives. All animals are field shot to avoid any stress and improve the quality of meat which is then processed and packed to a high standard in our own processing unit. All our sausages and burgers are additive and preservative free using only fresh ingredients e.g. onions, apples, mint and garlic. |
